Where are Veesp servers located?
Our servers are located in Riga, Latvia; St. Petersburg, Russia; Amsterdam, Netherlands (NL); and Stockholm, Sweden (SE).
Do you provide trial/test VPS?
Yes, you can order VM1 or VM2 for a 3-day trial.
To do so, place an order without paying and open a support ticket referencing the invoice number.
Warning
Only one trial server can be activated per customer.
How long does it take to deploy my VPS?
Deployment starts after payment confirmation and typically takes under 5 minutes.

Bitcoin payments may take up to 30 minutes due to blockchain confirmations.
What level of support do you provide?
All servers are unmanaged. We do not provide software-related assistance.
Do you offer managed servers?
No, we currently do not offer managed services.
How long does it take to get a ticket response?
- General questions: up to 30 minutes (weekdays), 24 hours (weekends)
- Technical: up to 3 hours (weekdays), 72 hours (weekends)
What is your uptime guarantee?
We offer a 99.9% uptime guarantee.
Network and Technical
Do you have a test IP and file?
Yes, test IPs (IPv4/IPv6) and files (100Mb, 1000Mb) are available here.
Do you support IPv6?
- VPS: single /64 unrouted subnet (not upgradeable)
- Dedicated: up to three /56 subnets
Can I set a PTR record?
Yes.
- VPS: set via SolusVM Panel
- Dedicated: via dedicated server settings

Sending unsolicited emails is prohibited and leads to account termination.
What OS are available for installation?
Common distros: Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS, Fedora.
Full list available on the order page. You can also mount ISOs via SolusVM panel.
Can I install my own ISO?
Yes, for Linux only. Submit a direct download link via support ticket.
Windows ISOs are not supported due to licensing.
Do you provide VPS snapshots/backups?
No, but Acronis Backup is available.
Can you restore a terminated VPS?
No, termination is irreversible.
Billing and Payments
What payment options do you support?
PayPal, credit/debit cards, cryptocurrencies.

Bank transfer requires a signed contract (for international customers).
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are possible case-by-case via ticket.

No automatic refund upon service cancellation.
I paid with Bitcoin but invoice is unpaid
Bitcoin payments may take over 30 minutes due to blockchain confirmation delays.
Is there a grace period for payments?
Yes, 3 days. Suspension after that, and deletion 14 days past due.
Can I change billing cycle?
Yes, to a longer one via management page.
