Managing Your Backup Plan

To manage an existing backup plan, upgrade or downgrade your backup quota:

  1. Login into your client area
  2. Proceed to the "backup" tab.
  3. Click "Service Details".
  4. To increase or decrease your backup quota, follow these steps:

  5. Click "Upgrade / Downgrade"

  6. Select a new value for your backup quota in the "New setting" tab
  7. Click "Continue"

📄 A new invoice will be generated for the selected quota. Once the invoice is paid, additional GB will be available within your backup plan.

⚠️ Note: You will need to run through the initial backup setup again if you've downgraded from the original backup plan quota.
